Adam has just concluded over 15 years with the CAA as Senior Flight Examiner (FE) and Training Standards Inspector. He has considerable experience as a training captain, instructor and examiner at every level with over 9,000 hours total time, including 5,000 flight hours in the training role. He spent 3 years flying aerobatic competitions and displays and competed in the 1990 World Aerobatic Championships in Switzerland as a member of the British Aerobatic Team and is an aerobatic instructor.
Adam now works as a freelance pilot, examiner and flight training consultant. He is qualified as Examiner and Senior Examiner in both single and multi-engine aeroplanes as FE (LAPL/PPL/CPL), FIE, CRE (IRR), IRE and TRE for all pilots and instructors. Adam is available for individual LST and LPC/OPC and offers a consultancy service to operators and ATO’s on all flight crew training matters, including standards and best practice, human factors and developing courses for CAA approval.
